| ...we are back from the Jack Daniels Rocknight dates and the name kept what it promised. All but one show was sold out and accordingly the crowds response was fantastic. We are still going to collect pictures of both tours which will be presented to you shortly right here. Now we have some time off until December 12th, where we are heading off for the UK, supporting Machine head. Check out the tour schedule right here. At the moment we are a bit short on merchandise. Most of the shirts were sold on tour but a small amount of shirts and windbreakers are still available. Oh right, German soccer team has qualified for the World Cup;-) |

| ....we just got back from our headliner tour in Germany, Austria and Swizerland with THORN.ELEVEN and BAZZOOKA. The whole tour went great and we had a pretty good time. Pictures and movies from on the road will follow shortly because there is no time to chill for us at the moment, we are already leaving for Hamburg tonight for a photo shooting on monday morning made for "Kerrang". The "3" album is supposed to be in british stores all week. On Monday the 12th we are going to jump on the Jack Daniels Rocknights Tour, starting in Hamburg. Together with THERAPY? and 4LYN we will be traveling through Germany for a week. |

 "back on the road again!"The THUMB 2001 Tour together with THORN.ELEVEN and BAZZOOKA has started. Kick off is in Berlin, followed by Chemnitz and then we are heading for the south of Germany...all the dates can be seen here...we also have the big sized tour poster for you: stop by! Now that the dates for the Machine Head support are confirmed the U.K. release date for the "3" album has been put off to a later date. The last status is the release for the single "Down Like Me" end of January and for the "3" album end of February. . |

 Keeping the pedal to the metal!As of today it is 100% confirmed: Thumb are going to support Machine Head in the UK and Scotland on their European tour in December. The cities are: Manchester, London, Wolverhampton, Glasgow, Nottingham and Newport. The exact dates can be found right here. Also the "3" album will be in stores in the UK and Scotland end of November. Check out some new links in the "press section"! |

 ...there is a bit confusion about the "Youth" single. According to the record company it is already released in Germany, but we do not know what is happening with a video.  ...the multimedia part for the "Youth" single is finished and it is a killer: videos, massive live and studio shots, varied audio tracks and the whole thing packed into a decent design. A big Thank You to Markus for the realisation and to Christian for the tons of pictures. We do not know exactly when it is going to be out but you will be informed in time. firstly here are some screenshots.After all the hard work we are having a couple of days off until the Bizarre Festival. Steffen is heading for the south of France, Claus to California, Axel to Spain, Jan-Hendrik to Portugal and Jens is going to take care of his tattoo shop. Due to our vacation the relaunch of the Thumbpage will be a little bit delayed, but we are on top of it.......enjoy the great weather. See you later.......... |
